A LEGAL DISCLAIMER

By purchasing a ticket to the Hooves of Hope event, you agree to these comprehensive Terms and Conditions. Your ticket purchase constitutes a binding agreement to assume all risks associated with your attendance and participation in the event. You hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Heavenly Hooves Therapeutic & Recreational Riding Center,  the Event Venue Owners (Brian and Christine Strobush), and all their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, volunteers, contractors, representatives, successors, heirs and assigns (collectively, "Released Parties") from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever, directly or indirectly arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by you, or any property belonging to you, whether caused by the negligence of the Released Parties or otherwise, while participating in, attending, or traveling to or from the Hooves of Hope event. This release includes, but is not limited to, risks associated with equine activities, uneven terrain, weather conditions, crowd interactions, and any other unforeseen circumstances inherent to an outdoor event. You further agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any loss, liability, damage, or costs, including attorney's fees, that they may incur due to your presence or participation in the event, whether caused by negligence or otherwise. All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. Hooves of Hope reserves the right to refuse admission or eject any person whose conduct is deemed disorderly or who fails to comply with event rules.
