REFUND POLICY

All ticket sales for the Hooves of Hope event are final and non-refundable. We are unable to issue refunds for any reason, including but not limited to, changes in your personal schedule or inability to attend. In the unforeseen event that Hooves of Hope must change the date of the event (e.g., due to inclement weather, natural disaster, or other unavoidable circumstances), your purchased ticket will automatically be valid and transferable to the newly scheduled event date. We will make every effort to notify ticket holders of any date changes as promptly as possible through the contact information provided during purchase and via official event channels.
